I am grateful for having had opportunity to read your wonderful “Convincere Socrate”. Truly, you make the characters come alive. My favorite scene was the second scene, where Socrates’ friends are trying to come up with a plan. So true to life to have lots of side issues and irrelevant thoughts voiced in meetings where a decision needs to be made. The reader experiences the effect that is experienced also in tragedy, in that s/he sees actors acting in the hope or even confidence that they will be able to effect a result that the reader knows will be impossible. And trying to change Socrates is up there with trying to change fate.
